Q: I have a 2022 reindeer. Will the current replacement parts work with it?
A: For the 2022 reindeer, the adapter is the only compatible replacement part we currently offer.
Q: The head is not moving. How do I fix this?
A: Let’s take a look!
- If the sound is working but there’s no movement, double-check that the motor connections are secure (refer to Step 2.1 in the instruction sheet).
- If everything’s plugged in correctly but the animation still isn’t working, the motor may need to be replaced.
Motor guide:
- Use the white wire motor for sideways movement.
- Use the multicolored wire motor for up-and-down movement.
