Replacement Parts Policy

Seasonal Visions International (SVI) offers replacement parts for damaged or defective animatronics. Complimentary replacement parts are available for qualifying requests made within 90 days of the original purchase date. To qualify, proof of purchase must be provided and the request must fall within this 90-day period.

How to Request a Replacement PartIf you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact the SVI Customer Service Team:

For the fastest resolution, please include the following information in your support request:
  • A detailed description of the issue
  • Photos and/or videos demonstrating the problem
  • Proof of purchase showing the date of the item’s purchase
  • Your current UPS shipping address
What Is Covered Under the 90-Day Complimentary PeriodThe following issues qualify for complimentary replacement parts within the 90-day window:
  • Manufacturing defects or factory errors
  • Defective components that do not function as intended
  • Parts missing from the original packaging
All complimentary replacement parts are subject to availability and are provided on a first-come, first-served basis.

What Is Not Covered Under the 90-Day Complimentary PeriodThe following are excluded from complimentary replacement coverage:
  • Purchases from non-authorized or third-party retailers
  • Cosmetic damage, normal wear and tear, or gradual deterioration of parts over time
  • Accidental damage resulting from assembly, disassembly, weather exposure, or transit
  • Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the product's instructions
  • Repairs or alterations performed by the customer
  • Requests submitted without valid proof of purchase
  • Discounted, marked-down, or store display products
Parts Not Available for ReplacementDue to size and availability, the following parts cannot be offered as replacements:
  • Oversized parts (e.g., bases and torsos)
  • Accessories (e.g., lighting kits and step pads)
  • Most parts for products manufactured prior to 2025
Requests Outside of the 90-Day PeriodIf your request falls outside the complimentary parts period, replacement parts are available for purchase at sviservice.com. Our Customer Support Team can also help recommend the correct parts for your product.

Refund/Exchange PolicyReplacement parts are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange. This policy applies to qualifying purchases made during the 2026 season and beyond. For questions about prior purchases, please refer to our Refund Policy.
In the event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect replacement part, please promptly contact Customer Service for assistance.

For a full box refund or exchange, please contact the retailer where the item was purchased. Policies and warranties established by the retailer are unrelated to SVI’s Parts Policy.
