Seasonal Visions International does not provide free replacement parts. Replacement parts are available in limited quantities for purchase only, subject to availability. 

Our Customer Support Team is available to assist with troubleshooting and diagnostics of possible causes of malfunctions and issues and can be contacted at customerservice@svius.com or through the contact form on our website. 

For the fastest resolution, please include the following information in your support request:  

  • Detailed description of the issue 

  • Photos and/or videos demonstrating the problem  

After reviewing your request, our Support Team may recommend parts that are most likely to resolve the issue and will provide an invoice for the requested part(s) if available.  

Note: Ordering a replacement part does not guarantee resolution of the issue. 

Replacement parts are final sale and are not eligible for a refund or exchange, for more information consult our Refund Policy. 

In the event that you receive a damaged item or an incorrect replacement part, please promptly contact orders@svius.com for resolution assistance. Our team is committed to addressing any issues and ensuring customer satisfaction.
