Parts Policy

While we do not expect errors, Seasonal Visions International (SVI) understands that unforeseen occurrences may happen. With our 90-day Part Policy we will provide replacement part(s) within 90 days of purchase. All requests for part replacements must be made within 90 days of purchase and proof of purchase must be provided.  If you receive the product and it is damaged or defective, please send an email to customerservice@svius.com with pictures of the issue and a description of the problem. The SVI Customer Experience Team will provide a resolution. 

What is covered in part policy:  

  • Factory errors 
  • Defective parts
  • Parts within policy 
  • Missing parts from package

What is not covered under policy: 

  • 3rd party purchases from 3rd party retailers 
  • Accidental damage  
  • Normal wear and tear including parts that may wear out over time  
  • Damages caused by disassembling, weather, or power outages, or transit.  
  • Use of parts not assembled or installed in accordance with the instructions of animated prop 
  • Repair or alterations made by customer. 
  • Cosmetic damage caused during assembling / Disassembling  
  • Request that are not accompanied with proof of purchase 
  • Discounted / Marked down / Store display products 
  • Extra Large Parts (i.e. bases)
  • Returns / Exchanges  
  • Full replacements of total prop (Consult with retailer of point of purchase) resolution.
