Refund, Return, and Exchange Policy
All purchases made through the SVI website are final. Seasonal Visions International does not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items, including replacement parts.
Replacement parts that do not resolve the original issue are not eligible for return, as the cause may be related to a separate underlying problem. Refunds or exchanges due to change of mind are also not available.
Order Cancellations
To request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service as soon as possible. While our team will make every effort to accommodate your request, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged item or an incorrect replacement part, please contact Customer Service promptly. Our team will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
