An Update on SVI Support and Replacement Parts
At SVI, we’re committed to providing high-quality seasonal products year after year. However, like many small businesses, we’ve been impacted by global supply chain shifts. As a result, we’ve had to make difficult but necessary adjustments to support our operations this season.
What’s Changing:
- Our general Phone and Email Support will be closed indefinitely (Beginning 07/01)
- Discontinued Free Parts Replacements. Our entire replacement parts inventory will be available for purchase through this website.
- Reduced Parts Availability. We will support a limited quantity of electronic components for our 2025 products. Cosmetic pieces, like costumes and plastic parts, may not be available.
- New, self-service support tools, including a new Help Center for troubleshooting guides on your favorite SVI products, are now available.
- For issues related to the DecorPro SVI App or App Controlled Ultra Skelly, please use the in-app contact form to contact the relevant support team.
For further assistance, we recommend contacting the retailer where your product was purchased.
We understand that this is a shift from how we’ve supported our customers in the past. As a small business with close-knit team, we’ve done everything we can to absorb the impact of these changes. These adjustments allow our operations to remain sustainable and focused on making improvements for future seasons. We’ve started preparing for 2026, and we’re committed to offering the same high-quality products and support you’ve come to expect from us.
