Q: Santa’s Lantern is not lighting up. What can I do?
A: Let’s start with a quick check—make sure the batteries are fresh and properly installed (see instruction sheet, page 3). The lantern requires 3 x 1.5V AA batteries.
If that doesn’t do the trick, the issue might be with the battery box. We recommend replacing it with Part BOX to get things glowing again.
Q: Can I order 2024 Lantern for my 2023 Santa?
A: Yes, absolutely! While the 2024 lantern has a slightly different look, it fits perfectly with the 2023 Santa.
